January 23, 2018
Cold weather is my favorite! I know call me crazy but I truly enjoy the change that comes within. The clear skies, the fact that I can layer and wear my winter favorites is the best. Today I wanted to share with you my top 5 winter essentials. All of this pieces are affordable, and they are made of great fabrics. Pieces that not only I can wear during winter, but can be transform in other seasons as well.
1.) Soft Bodre Knit Jumpsuit: I found this jumpsuit at Target for only $30.00. It adds an elegant touch to your style. Cropped wide-leg that you can wear with any type of heels and boots. It wraps around your waist, and can be worn with a top under or just bare.
2.) Embroidered Booties: One my current favorite online stores Qupid had a sale during the holidays, and I found this comfy booties for only $45.00 with a 30% discount. It’s a statement shoe that you can wear with any outfit. I usually wear them with all black, or any basic tones. 3.) Long Sleeve Turtle Neck Sheer Top: Sheer has been on the radar for a while. It is a statement piece as well, but make sure is worn with the right undergarments. This turtle neck top is very light, and stretchy. It can be worn under a jacket or by itself.
4.) Wool Beret Hat: A french inspired piece that I believe every woman should have in their closet. Grey is one of my favorite colors and can be style with any type of outfit.
5.) Transitional Wool Coat: I know wool is heavy, but is very warm for the winter. This coat has been in my closet for 5 years now. It has multiple zippers in the front for closure and mid-waist in case you want to make it shorter. You can wear many layers under, and still look chic.I am a very smart shopper. I look for pieces that can be versatile, that are made of good quality fabrics, and of course that fit within my budget. Investing in quality pieces will not only help your style but your budget, so don’t be scared to mix and match your old pieces with any new ones. What are your current winter essentials? please share on the comment box, I would love to hear from you. Have a great week friends!
